Katy is the first point of contact for every client and the backbone of our operations.
She handles all initial consultations, gathering financial details, understanding each client’s goals, and preparing the information needed for an accurate equity assessment. Katy also oversees all back-office processes, coordinating between clients, refinancing specialists, and our property consultants to ensure a seamless, stress-free journey from consultation to investment.

Gareth is the strategic engine behind our equity release model.
With a background in UK wealth management and property portfolio planning, he has spent more than a decade helping clients grow long-term, income-producing assets. After relocating to Dubai, Gareth added hands-on experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions, giving him a unique understanding of how equity, refinancing, and Dubai real estate work together.
He oversees all strategy, financial planning, and portfolio design, ensuring that every client’s decision is guided by data, risk analysis, and long-term growth potential.

Curtis is our lead property expert and investment specialist.
Working in Dubai real estate since 2018, he has deep experience across the entire market, off-plan, secondary sales, and the rental sector. Curtis leads the property sourcing process, analysing yields, supply and demand, community growth, and investor-grade metrics to ensure each purchase is backed by solid data.
